A Delaware native, Parsons started his restaurant career in his early teens at local restaurants like KupChicks at Lewes Beach and Garden Gourmet in Rehoboth Beach. We start giving back to our community by having all our ingredients are fresh and locally sourced. Our freshly ground Black Angus beef and antibiotic-free chicken are from George L. Wells Meats, our bread is freshly baked from Crack of Dawn Bread, and our produce is from Belair Produce & other locally sourced vendors.
